Dzintara melodija

Dzintara melodija is the first residence opened by Senior Baltic in Latvia. It is situated at 20 Jaunpils Street. It is a new purpose–built building encompassing all the needs of this type of institution - wide corridors, lifts, specially equipped bathrooms, etc. 

The home can accommodate over 200 people and there are only single and double rooms. Each room is equipped with a functional bed, an armchair, a bedside table, a table and chairs, a cupboard and an ergonomic bathroom. Rooms are also equipped with alarms to call staff. Our residents can also bring their personal belongings and furniture, as well as a TV or anything they need to make life more comfortable.

The total space of the building is 5830 m² big, has 4 floors and is situated in a peaceful area of the city, just 10 minutes from the centre of Riga. This makes it easy for you and your relative to visit any cultural or historical place in the centre. If there are any medical emergencies we are only 5 minutes away from the nearest hospital.
We have also thought about the surroundings; there is a secure but pleasant garden available for residents. We encourage our guests to use these beautiful facilities.
